Overview
Ms. Anglin is a senior associate with Quill & Arrow, LLP. She has over two decades of experience representing individuals and consumers, recovering tens of millions of dollars on their behalf, including a $46 million dollar judgment for 200 Los Angeles immigrant workers.
Ms. Anglin’s interest in the rights of individuals, whether as a consumer, worker, or simply as a human being, began in law school. She was a Dean’s Fellow at the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. Ms. Anglin went on to study law at Oxford University in the U.K. and at the Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France, furthering her interest in the rights of individuals globally through studying international and comparative law.
After law school, Ms. Anglin initially represented clients in products liability cases throughout the United States. She litigated complex Federal multi-district matters, including medical device litigation, and toxic tort matters against international corporations, such as Brown and Williamson, RJR Reynolds, Philip Morris and other big tobacco companies. Ms. Anglin was involved in asbestos, silicosis, and massive torts cases involving heavy metals ingested by individuals throughout the United States through the workplace. Ms. Anglin was often first or second chair coordinating multiple law firms across the United States in multiple jurisdictions.
Later she founded her own law practice and went on to establish employment law practices for two law firms, including a large Los Angeles firm, where she was Chief Employment Law Counsel and in-house counsel for the law firm. Ms. Anglin has successfully prosecuted individual and class action matters, as well as cases under California’s Private Attorneys’ General Act of 2004, recovering tens of millions of dollars in wages, penalties, and damages based on discrimination by employers.
Ms. Anglin is now pursuing justice for consumers as a senior associate with Quill & Arrow LLP against some of the largest companies in the world including General Motors, Honda, Mazda, and others. She represents individual consumers in vehicle warranty and consumer fraud matters with the goal of protecting the consumer and seeking a recovery against vehicle manufacturers in both state and federal courts in California.
Ms. Anglin is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the State of California in the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts, and also to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for discovery purposes in multi-district complex medical device litigation. Ms. Anglin also took and passed the New York Bar shortly after she graduated from law school before returning to California. Ms. Anglin graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor’s degree from the College of Letters and Science in 1995 and a Juris Doctorate degree from the American University Washington College of Law in 1999.
Ms. Anglin is from Australia and enjoys photography, adventure, travel, and the outdoors.
