Kevin Y. Jacobson is a founding partner of Quill & Arrow, LLP, where he has built one of California’s foremost consumer rights law firms. A recognized authority on the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (California’s Lemon Law), Kevin has dedicated his career to protecting consumers from corporate misconduct and holding some of the nation’s largest auto manufacturers accountable.

Since founding Quill & Arrow in 2019, Kevin has guided the firm to remarkable success. Under his leadership, Quill & Arrow has recovered more than $500 million in settlements and verdicts for California consumers and grown into a statewide powerhouse with over 270 professionals. The firm’s reputation for excellence, tenacity, and results-driven representation stems directly from Kevin’s uncompromising commitment to justice.

Mr. Jacobson was educated at the University of California, Los Angeles where he was awarded a Bachelor of History and Political Science in 2013. Mr. Jacobson earned a degree of Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles while receiving numerous accolades and awards. Prior to establishing Quill & Arrow LLP, Mr. Jacobson further received training at one of Los Angeles’ top consumer protection lemon law firms. Mr. Jacobson is licensed to practice law in all of California’s state courts and the United States District Court, Central, Eastern, Western, and Southern District.
