Ellen Zakharian, Esq. Associate Attorney

Ellen Zakharian is an attorney at Quill & Arrow, LLP, where she represents consumers in automotive warranty litigation against major manufacturers.

Beginning her legal career at just 18 years old, she gained experience across a range of practice areas and industries, including work with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and in entertainment law. She later helped represent more than 1,000 families and households in litigation holding Pacific Gas & Electric Company accountable for devastating Northern California wildfires, including securing additional recoveries through the claims process following PG&E’s $13.5 billion wildfire settlement.

Her practice later expanded to employment law, where she represented employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and wage-and-hour violations, before transitioning to consumer protection and automotive warranty litigation. Having also worked as a car broker, she brings a unique understanding of the automotive industry from both sides of the transaction.

Ellen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UCLA, graduating with honors, and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Claremont Graduate University.

Outside of the office, Ellen enjoys traveling and playing tennis- a sport that reflects the discipline and competitive spirit she brings to her practice.
