She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Arizona and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, she completed a Certificate in International Human Rights Law, which further strengthened her commitment to advocating for and protecting the rights of individuals.
Jessie was admitted to the California State Bar in 2025. At Quill & Arrow, LLP, Jessie focuses on consumer protection litigation.
