Ryan Baggs, Esq. Senior Trial Attorney

Ryan Baggs, Esq. (California Bar No. 301240) is a Senior Trial Attorney at Quill & Arrow LLP, where he leads his clients through all phases of California State and Federal Court matters.

Mr. Baggs earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law (2014) where he was a comments and review editor for the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology. He also holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania (2008) and a Bachelor of Science in History and Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2005).

He is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.
