In Chile, Mr. Hozven attended Diego Portales University, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws degree with distinction in 2016. Mr. Hozven is a licensed attorney and a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hozven gained meaningful litigation experience as an associate at Ezer Williamson Law, where he represented clients in real estate and business disputes.
In 2025, Mr. Hozven joined Quill & Arrow, LLP, where his practice focuses on consumer protection and Song-Beverly Act. Outside the office, Mr. Hozven enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, and running. He is also a PSIA-certified ski instructor.
