Diana Shirshova Legal Project Manager

Diana Shirshova serves as a Legal Project Manager at the firm, focusing on helping build consistency, streamline internal processes, and support team collaboration. Diana Shirshova first developed an interest in the legal field back in 2011 while working at a boutique firm. After building a decade of cross-industry experience across operations, insurance coordination, and healthcare, Diana Shirshova made a deliberate pivot back to the legal field. She joined Quill & Arrow in 2022 as a Legal Assistant and steadily grew into her current role as Legal Project Manager.

 Approaching the role with a focus on continuous learning, Diana Shirshova works to establish standardization, organize day-to-day workflows, and make routines more efficient for colleagues across the firm. Diana Shirshova holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and earned a Paralegal Certificate from UCLA Extension - bringing an analytical mindset and steady support to the firm’s day-to-day operations.
