Diana Fonseca Legal Operations Manager

Diana Fonseca is the Legal Operations Manager at Quill & Arrow, LLP, where she leads the firm’s legal support operations and systems that help the firm’s litigation practice operate at its best. Drawing on more than eight years of legal experience across the United States and Latin America, Diana brings a global perspective, strategic leadership, and operational insight to complex litigation matters.

Before joining Quill & Arrow, Diana practiced corporate and transactional law as an associate attorney at a leading Central American law firm and earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Her international legal training and firsthand litigation-support experience give her a practical understanding of the details behind successful case management

At Quill & Arrow, Diana has grown from leading the Discovery Department to overseeing broader legal operations in the Litigation Department. She is known for building clear operational standards, strengthening collaboration across departments, and using legal technology and data-driven reporting to improve day-to-day execution.
