Endrew Omana, Esq. Associate Attorney

Endrew Omana is an Associate Attorney at Quill & Arrow, LLP, where he represents consumers in California Lemon Law matters. Before joining the firm, Endrew gained legal experience handling landlord-tenant disputes, including habitability claims, evictions, and local housing regulation issues. This background strengthened his understanding of statutory protections, client advocacy, and practical dispute resolution.

Endrew further developed his litigation, negotiation, and mediation skills through an internship with the Conflict Resolution Institute, where he participated in mediations at the Simi Valley Small Claims Court. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law while working full-time in education. He also holds a Master of Divinity from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Texas A&M University. As a U.S. Army veteran, Endrew brings discipline, preparation, and attention to detail to his legal practice. 

Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and staying current on emerging technologies.
