Matt Xie is a skilled litigator at Quill & Arrow, aggressively managing complex cases in both state and federal courts with a singular focus on protecting consumer rights. Matt earned his J.D. and Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego.
