I had heard about the California Lemon Law over the years, but I never gave it much thought. Honestly, I assumed it was probably some sort of scam.
Then, in 2020, I purchased a brand-new hybrid vehicle. I was excited, it was supposed to save me money and get me where I needed to go. But just two months after I drove it off the lot, it was already in the shop. It would get “fixed,” only to be back in the shop a few months later for the same exact issue. This cycle continued for years. I use my car for extreme commuting, and I was quickly reaching my warranty limit. I was running out of time, patience, and options.

I was reimbursed nearly every penny I had put into the car, and then some. The remaining loan balance was paid off, the attorneys took their portion, and I was still left with a solid chunk of money. The process of surrendering my vehicle was painless: a third-party inspector met me at the dealership, took photos, checked for damage, collected a few signatures, and I was done in 20 minutes.

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews of what sound to be miserable people with false expectations, however I’m leaving a review because I am extremely satisfied with the lemon law case that Quill and Arrow represented me for. From the very beginning, they have been very easy to work with and have been in constant communication with me every step of the way. I don’t think people understand how long the process takes, but they told me up front it can take 18mo.  And for me it did take about 18 months. They are literally gathering documents and building a solid case to go after the manufacturer which takes time. They let me know every time the case was progressing so I was always in the know. They won my case against Jaguar Land Rover without even having to take them to trial because their case was so solid and got me back every cent I put into the car plus more! Just that alone saves a lot of time to be able to come to an agreement Without dragging out a long trial so I was very satisfied with that. All the multiple different staff members that I’ve talked to in different departments along the way have been very friendly and informative and always have left me with a good point of contact to reach out for any questions. I hope I never need a lemon law attorney again, but I would recommend them to family or friends or use them again if needed!

I had a lemon tesla x whom I had previously hired TWO different attorneys for and both times they ended up dropping my case. So needless to say, I was pretty defeated and I accepted my loss. This firm represented me to help me declare my 2022 Tesla a lemon. They originally told me it would take 12-18 month for the entire process and they delivered faster just under one year.
