Rising from Legal Assistant to Paralegal, Paralegal Supervisor, and ultimately Legal Operations Manager, Cody’s ascent is marked by sharp operational insight and a deep understanding of every facet of firm operations.

Known for his relentless focus on systems, strategy, and people, Cody dives into problems head-first and balances business acumen with genuine empathy - making him indispensable to the firm’s success. With a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, a Paralegal Certification from Los Angeles City College, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration, Cody continues to expand his expertise to help the firm thrive in an increasingly complex and competitive legal landscape.
