Daniel Gopstein is an Associate Attorney at Quill & Arrow LLP, where he focuses his practice on lemon law litigation. Passionate about consumer advocacy and the automotive industry, he is dedicated to holding manufacturers accountable and ensuring clients receive fair compensation for defective vehicles. He has experience handling all stages of litigation and has contributed to achieving favorable trial results on behalf of consumers.

Mr. Gopstein earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Business Law from Loyola Marymount University. His early internships with lemon law firms sparked his lasting interest in consumer protection. Outside of work, he combines his love of cars with hobbies such as Formula 1 and car shows, and he enjoys staying active at the gym
