Erick Castillo serves as the Personal Injury Supervisor at Quill & Arrow, LLP, where he has been instrumental in the firm’s personal injury practice growth over the past two years.

Since joining in April 2022, Erick has transformed a department that began with just five staff members into a thriving practice area. With a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Erick combines a solid academic foundation with hands-on experience in Mass Tort consulting. This background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of personal injury law and the ability to manage cases effectively from inception to resolution.

In his current role, Erick focuses on resolving complex legal issues, fostering relationships with clients and counsel, and overseeing pre-litigation case management. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring California’s culinary scene and running with his Australian Shepherd, fully embracing the vibrant Los Angeles lifestyle.
