Jessica Mijares, Esq. Associate Attorney

Jessica Mijares is a Los Angeles native committed to providing clients with strategic, effective, and compassionate legal representation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley, before receiving her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.

During law school, Jessica served on the Homelessness Prevention Board and participated in the Eviction Defense Clinic, where she advocated for underserved and disenfranchised clients facing housing insecurity. This experience strengthened her commitment to client advocacy and reinforced the importance of delivering thoughtful, personalized legal representation.

Prior to joining Quill & Arrow, Jessica worked at Knight Law Group and Barry Law, where she developed a strong foundation in consumer protection and lemon law. These experiences sharpened her litigation and advocacy skills while deepening her dedication to protecting consumers' rights and helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence.

Outside of her legal practice, Jessica is an active member of the Venice Book Club, which supports literacy initiatives by raising funds for Reading to Kids and Friends of the Venice Library. In her free time, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with dogs—especially when she can combine the two.
