Shammari Khan, Esq. Associate Attorney

Shammari has practiced for over 15 years as a litigation attorney in New York City and Los Angeles, working on high stakes litigation, for big law firms, on patent litigation research, deposition preparation, responding to discovery requests, antitrust litigation, merger review, securities class actions, internal/ regulatory investigations, and a wide range of complex commercial disputes in technology, oil and gas, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, insurance, healthcare industries and large financial institutions. Her clients included tech companies such as Google, financial companies, such as Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo and antitrust second requests for the Department of Justice.

Shammari, gained her JD from Benjamin N Cardozo School of Law and a Hons Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto.

Shammari is admitted to the State Bar of New York (2008), the State Bar of California (2014) and the Law Society of Ontario, Canada (2019).
