Yugan Siriwardhanage, Esq. Associate Attorney

Yugan Siriwardhane is an attorney at Quill & Arrow. Licensed to practice law in California, the United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka, he brings experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and judicial service.

Prior to joining Quill & Arrow, Yugan worked with the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, France, where he reviewed arbitration awards, conducted legal research, and assisted with international arbitration initiatives and conferences involving leading practitioners from around the world.

Yugan also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Honorable Justice Arjuna Obeysekara of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, assisting with legal research and the analysis of significant legal issues.

At Quill & Arrow, Yugan represents consumers in complex civil litigation matters. His work includes motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and case strategy development.

Yugan earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCLA School of Law, specializing in Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Sports Law and Policy, and was awarded the Dean's Tuition Fellowship. He received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom, graduating among the top three students in his class and earning placement on the University's Honor Roll.

Yugan also holds mediation certifications from the International Mediation Institute and the Commercial Mediation for the 21st Century Lawyer program.
