Stephanie Taft is a Senior Trial Attorney who focuses her practice on complex tort litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents, dangerous premises, and defective products. Ms. Taft has helped secure millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for her clients.

Ms. Taft has served as lead counsel in several notable personal injury settlements. Her most recent settlements include a $3.4 Million settlement for a disputed liability trucking collision; a $5.5 Million recovery for a wrongful death case in a multi-party Federal action; and a $1 Million settlement against the Los Angeles County Sheriffs for abuse to an inmate.

Ms. Taft graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles after securing her B.A. degree from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. While at Loyola, she participated in the school’s Scott Moot Court Team and competed in the “National Competition” for appellate advocacy where she won the Regional Best Brief Award.

Ms. Taft is active in her local community and sits on the Board for the Los Angeles County Bar Association – Barristers Section and is an active member with CAALA and multiple other organizations.
