Kristina Grodz, the HR executive at Quill & Arrow, seamlessly blends her education and experience to optimize operations for 100+ professionals. Balancing a full-time Political Science degree at UC Riverside with full-time employment, she excelled in managing business operations and marketing for an LA-based hospitality firm. Later, as head of an Encino law firm’s intake department, she spearheaded a three-office expansion during her tenure.  Kristina, who has recently obtained the SHRM-CP certification, demonstrates a steadfast commitment to advancing Quill & Arrow’s internal protocols through forward-thinking and her focus on operational efficiency and fostering the growth of our staff.
