Luis A. Serrano is an Associate Attorney at Quill & Arrow, LLP, where he has been since its inception in 2019. Luis specializes in consumer warranty claims under the Song-Beverly Act, fraud claims, as well as government claims at the state and federal level. Through his extensive legal knowledge and acumen, Luis provides our clients with the highest level of representation at all stages of litigation. Prior to joining our Firm, he began his legal career as a law clerk for the Yolo County Public Defender’s Office, where he worked from January 2017 to November 2019. During his time there, he assisted in representing Clients in a variety of criminal matters through both the arraignment and pre-trial stages, gaining valuable experience in the courtroom. Prior to his work at the Public Defender’s Office, Luis served as a law clerk for various civil litigation firms including the subrogation department for Liberty Mutual, Inc.’s in house counsel, as well as plaintiff-side employment law firms, where he gained invaluable experience in civil litigation.

Luis is fluent in Spanish, which allows him to effectively represent Spanish-speaking clients who may face language barriers within the legal system. His ability to communicate in both languages makes him an asset to our firm and our clients. Luis received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Legal Studies and Rhetoric. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis, School of Law – King Hall.
